Bratkartoffeln

 

Sicher haben schon einige von euch mitbekommen, dass Kartoffel in meiner Küche eine grosse Rolle spielen. 

Mir kommt das große Angebot von Kartoffeln in Deutschland sehr entgegen. 

Von der gekochten Variante, Pellkartoffeln, Kartoffelsalat, Stampfkartoffeln bis hin zur Bratkartoffel gibt es viele Zuberatungsarten. 

Übrigens, wenn Bratkartoffel, bitte nur rohe festkochende Kartoffeln, hauchdünn geschnitten, nehmen.

Surely some of you have already noticed that potatoes play a big role in my kitchen. 

The wide range of potatoes in Germany suits me very well. 

From the cooked version, jacket potatoes, potato salad, mashed potatoes to fried potatoes, there are many types of advice. 

By the way, if you have fried potatoes, please only use raw waxy potatoes, thinly sliced.
