Haseldorf
Dieses kleine Dorf habe ich vor 50 Jahren das erste Mal besucht.
Es liegt westlich von Hamburg im Marschengebiet der Elbe.
In der Mitte gibt es ein Herrenhaus.
Um 1300 entstand hier ein Schloß nach der Zerstörung wurde um 1800 ein Herrenhaus gebaut.
Das Anwesen wird bis heute von einem Prinz bewohnt.
Um das Herrenhaus erstreckt sich ein wunderschöner Baumpark. Bis vor kurzem konnte man den Park besuchen, wegen politischer Querelen ist es zur Zeit leider nur eingeschränkt möglich.
Im Park steht eine sehr gut erhaltene kleine Kirche.

Haseldorf
I visited this small village for the first time 50 years ago.
It is located west of Hamburg in the marshland area of the Elbe. There is a mansion in the middle.
Around 1300 a castle was built here after the destruction, a mansion was built around 1800.
The property is still inhabited by a prince to this day.
A beautiful tree park extends around the manor house. Until recently you could visit the park, due to political quarrels it is unfortunately only possible to a limited extent at the moment.
There is a very well-preserved little church in the park.

Sicher haben schon einige von euch mitbekommen, dass Kartoffel in meiner Küche eine grosse Rolle spielen.
Mir kommt das große Angebot von Kartoffeln in Deutschland sehr entgegen.
Von der gekochten Variante, Pellkartoffeln, Kartoffelsalat, Stampfkartoffeln bis hin zur Bratkartoffel gibt es viele Zuberatungsarten.
Übrigens, wenn Bratkartoffel, bitte nur rohe festkochende Kartoffeln, hauchdünn geschnitten, nehmen.

große festkochende Kartoffeln
Schnittlauch
Frühlingszwiebeln
Baconwürfel
geraspelten Emmentaler
Creme Fraiche
Kartoffeln schälen und der Länge nach halbieren. Mit dem Teelöffel aushöhlen. Die Mischung aus Frühlingszwiebeln, Bacon, Schnittlauch und Creme Fraiche in die Kartoffel geben, mit Käse bestreuen und für 25-30 Minuten bei 180 Grad in den Backofen.

Creme fraiche Cheese
Peel the potatoes and cut in half lengthways. Hollow out with a teaspoon. Put the mixture of spring onions, bacon, chives and creme fraiche in the potato, sprinkle with cheese and put in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
