Frühlingszwiebeln / scallions
Möhren / carrots
Bacon / bacon
Gemüsefond / vegetable stock
Die meiste Zeit nimmt das Schnippeln des Gemüses in Anspruch. Bacon und Frühlingszwiebeln anschwitzen, das Gemüse mit dem Fond kochen. Pürieren und mit Pfeffer und Salz würzen, zum Schluss 2 EL Butter einrühren.

Most of the time it takes to chop the vegetables. Sweat the bacon and spring onions, cook the vegetables with the stock. Puree and season with pepper and salt, then stir in 2 tbsp butter.
